What would you highlight about Aishwarya Exclusive Villas
The staff was nice and welcoming and are helpful.
This place did not match what the pictures show. My wife and I had booked this place for 5 days and we only stayed for 1 day as we had to leave. 1. It was very dirty. The kitchen was unacceptable. The pool you could not even see the bottom it was so filthy. The bed had hair and stains all over the pillows and sheets. The smell made me sick because of all the mold. 2. Had to fight off rats from trying to get in and made it very uncomfortable to even rest outside the bedroom. Ant nest were inside the place as well. 3. Food was not the best and very cold dinner and breakfast. 4. Thought there would be a little bit more around to do. Not in a good loaction if want to go somewhere need to take the bike or taxe at least 20min to the city. If the pictures and rating lived up to expectations it would be a nice private place to relax. But with so many negatives and maybe 1 positive not worth booking. Was the worst place I have booked amd first time having to write a rating this bad.

What would you highlight about Aishwarya Exclusive Villas
The beds are massive, spacious villas, private pool although could do with a clean. This place has the potential to be really nice but unfortunately to many small issues add up to ruin the experience of staying here.
The following issues really make this place not worth the money. There is 100% better value accommodation elsewhere:- -Dirty bath -Dirty pool -For the money paid the breakfast is poor. -In my opinion we were over charged for a broken glass. (80k) -Due to the location the villa offers a free shuttle into Sanur. This does not include airport pick ups however which are charged at a premium. During our stay we were unable to use the free shuttle and were advised it was being used for an airport pick up. - The room service options are very over priced and food is unfortunately very low quality. - The villas are very spacious but overall could do with a refresh as have a unclean, used feel to them. For example the fridge was filthy.

The spa service offered
The photos look nothing like what you get, the place is dated, the walls are damaged, the bathroom cupboard was falling off the wall, half the lights didn’t work, there were rats outside near the pool and it’s nowhere near Sanur. The staff were polite but honestly weren’t that helpful regarding the above issues. Save your money and skip this one.

The crew was very nice and always kind.
Too far from Sanur centre, food was too expensive for what you get. Lot of insects in the room. No sunlight at the swimming pool.
